The Phoenix Magick Market & Psychic Faire is a community-driven event—and it takes a dedicated team of helpers to keep the magick flowing. Volunteers are the heartbeat of our faire, greeting guests, supporting vendors and readers, and helping create an unforgettable weekend for everyone who attends.

As a volunteer, you’ll be more than just a helper—you’ll be part of the magick behind the scenes. You’ll gain experience in event operations, connect with like-minded people, and help create something truly special for our community.

🌟 Volunteer Roles

• Set-Up Crew – Assist vendors during check-in, hang signage, help get the ballroom ready.

• Registration & Greeters – Welcome attendees, distribute programs, and direct flow.

• Workshop Assistants – Help presenters with room setup, timing, and audience seating.

• Runners/Floaters – Provide quick assistance wherever it’s needed during the event.

• Clean-Up Crew – Help with breakdown and closing tasks at the end of each day.

⏰ Shifts

• 3–4 hours per shift (Sat AM, Sat PM, Sun AM, Sun PM).

• Work one shift → enjoy the rest of the weekend free.

🌙 Age Requirements

• Adult Volunteers: Must be 18+

• Youth Volunteers (16–17):

  • Must have a signed parental consent form.

  • Parent/guardian must remain onsite during volunteer hours.

  • Assigned to public-facing roles (greeting, program distribution, registration).

  • Eligible for school community service credit hours.
